Aura Silver Jewellery aims to dispatch and deliver all online orders within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To ensure timely delivery, we partner with reliable third-party courier and postal service providers. While we take every precaution, Aura Silver Jewellery cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including delays by delivery partners.
Customers are requested to check the package thoroughly before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the order. Once the shipment is accepted, it will be considered delivered in satisfactory condition.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are permitted only before the product has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following situations:
Verified manufacturing or quality defects
Orders that are lost during transit
Receipt of an incorrect product due to an error on our part
Once approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days.
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following circumstances
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery address entered at checkout
Invalid address formats, including PO Box addresses
Failure of delivery after three attempted deliveries by our courier partners
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery
Size-related concerns — customers are advised to carefully review sizing information prior to placing an order
Returned items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage
Minor differences in colour, texture, or design, as our jewellery is handcrafted and may feature natural materials
